SET TIME CHANGE - 29th GIG:) [28/6/07]

For those still unaware our set has been moved back 1 hour tomorrow night. We now kick off at midnight. Sorry for late notice: The info we had and promo poster indicated we were on for 11pm, but organizers only recently confirmed our sets at midnight. INSPITE still aim to kick some serious ass at midnight with a fat set of our best material - be part of the experience: head down to the Lizard Lounge and absorb the onslaught of musical mayhem that is INSPITE. The last of the INSPITE 2005 promo CD's will also be available on the night for $5 for those wanting to play at home. See you all tomorrow!

NEXT GIG :) [19/6/07]

Inspite's next gig will be at the Lizard Lounge Friday 29th June (9 Morphett Street, Adelaide SA 5000 - NIGHT TRAIN COMPLEX) - Doors open at 8:30pm with first band starting at 9:00pm.
Inspite's set will be at 11pm and we will be playing with: Blacknail, GG Alan Bindig, Horrific Penetration and Splyne. This will be Inspite's first show in some time so support your local, acknowledge your anger and make your way to the Lizard Lounge for some live brutality!!!

INSPITE BACK IN THE FOLD!! [13/5/07]

After featuring in the soundtrack to local film Animus (directed by Alan Reid) Inspite have been busy taking in new member Emmett Sankey, recording another promotional recording and getting ready to attack the Adelaide scene once again with our metal mayhem. NEW WEBSITE UP! [ 3/2/06]

That's right, the new web site is finally complete with some much anticipated news as to what's been happening in the world of Inspite. Be sure to visit the music section to download some Inspite tracks including Let Go off our latest promotional recording. Well it has been a long time between drinks people, but Inspite are still alive and still kicking! A lot of things happened in 2005 for Inspite despite our absence from the live circuit: a new promotional recording has been completed, we have laid down some tracks for the soundtrack of a film and our drummer Simon has been engaged to name a few.
The reality is we have grown as people and grown as a band. Despite our hectic lives we continue to support each other in keeping Inspite real which has helped further develop and diversify our sound. The spirit behind Inspite is stronger than it has ever been!

NEW RECORDING AVAILABLE

As our original demo was outdated and not the best example of our work; and as we have not been financial enough to record an EP - Inspite recorded a new 3-track promotional demo in 2005. We were fortunate enough to record it at a close friends home studio enabling it to be mastered and produced to our best ability resulting in a very good-quality example of our music. If you are interested in supporting Inspite and wish to purchase a copy for $5.00 (AU) please send us an email and we can arrange getting one to you.

AND WHERE TO FROM HERE?

2006 should see Inspite making its way out on the live scene again, it should see us featuring on the soundtrack of locally made film and if all goes well we should be finally recording our debut EP.
Our lives have been chaos over the last year; we've had obstacles appear in the most absurd places and commitments that seem to almost swallow us whole when we engage in them. There have been times were we've doubted the direction we are going is right. But at the end of the day we are still three people who share a strong bond both musically and spiritually - and as time has proved, that bond is very hard to break!
